On Friday, May 10th, officers with the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office responded to Walmart in Cortlandville around 6:30 for a larceny complaint. An investigation by officers determined 42 year old Latia N. Talfair of Dryden, has stolen merchandise from the store.
Telfair was arrested and charged by officers with Petit Larceny, a Misdemeanor. She was taken to the Sheriff’s Office for processing and was later released on an appearance ticket. Telfair is due in Cortlandville Town Court next month.
