A Dryden man will spend two years in state prison after he was convicted of molesting a 12-year-old girl.
44-year-old Edward Andre Alexander appeared in Tompkins County Court Monday.
Back in April, a county jury found Alexander guilty on two counts of first-degree sexual abuse and one count of endangering the welfare of a child.
Back on January 1st, Alexander is accused of having sexual contact with a girl who was staying in his Dryden home.
In addition to state prison, Alexander faces three years of post-release supervision.
He must register as a sex offender and pay over about $1,400 in fees.
