On June 1st, Dryden Family Medicine will officially be part of Cayuga Medical Associates with the practice being renamed to Cayuga Primary Care Family Medicine Dryden.
Dryden Family Medicine began back in 1955 by Dr. John Ferger at his home and is well known in the Dryden Community for their patient-centered care to improve the health and well-being of individuals and families.
Patients won’t see major chances, both the 5 Evergreen Street location and contact information will remain the same. Medical records, though, will be transitioned to Cayuga Medical Associates, unless patients request a records transfer.
“We are pleased to welcome the providers and staff of Dryden Family Medicine – already a Cayuga Health Partner – to the CMA family,” says Martin Stallone, MD, President and CEO of Cayuga Health. “We look forward to working with them to extend their long and storied history of serving the Dryden area.”
With Dryden Family Medicine part of Cayuga Medical Associates, the practice will be able to leverage resources, technology, and the collaborative environment that is offered by Cayuga Health.
