The Cortland County Sheriff’s Department responded on July 19th around 9 in the morning to a single vehicle crash on North Tower Rd in the Town of Solon.
When officers arrived they found 38 year old Sean K. Klein was injured as a result of the accident. He was taken via TLC ambulance to Upstate where he was then treated for non-life threatening injuries.
Through their investigation officers determined that Klein was intoxicated while operating the vehicle. He was charged with DWI, a misdemeanor, speed not reasonable and prudent, and driving across hazard markings, both traffic infractions.
He is scheduled to appear in Town of Solon Court in August.
