Driving while on drugs…one of the charges facing Jason Gassner, 37, of DeRuyter.
Gassner was stopped by Cortland County Sheriff’s deputies Friday afternoon at about 4 pm in the Route 22 area of Cortlandville.
Officers say he was also driving without a license. He was ticketed, and is to respond in Town Court on Monday.
