Driver Arrested For DWI After Numerous Traffic Violations on McLean Road

Around 2:15 in the morning on Sunday, December 15th, a traffic stop was conducted by an officer with the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office for a vehicle traveling on McLean Road in Cortlandville with numerous traffic violations.

The Sheriff’s Office says during the officers investigation, the officer determined the driver, identified as 20 year old Logan R. Swartz of Virgil, was driving while intoxicated. Officers arrested and charged Swartz with DWI, DWI with .08 of one percent or more of alcohol, both Misdemeanors and multiple traffic violations.

Swartz was transported to the Sheriff’s Office where he was processed and later released. He is due in Cortlandville Town Court next month.
