The Child Development Council is partnering with agencies in Cortland and Tompkins Counties to provide infant formula and diapers for area families in need.
Distribution sites have been set up for the following dates and locations:
- Friday, April 24, from 10 am – 1 pm at Tompkins Cortland Community College, 170 North Street in Dryden.
- Thursday, April 30 from 3-5 pm in the parking lot of the NYS Grange, 100 Grange Place in Cortland.
Registration is open and required by specific dates in order to attend either distribution.
This Friday’s event at TC3 takes place alongside a community food drive hosted by the Southern Tier Food Bank. In order to get baby supplies, residents must register by today or tomorrow between 8 am – 4 pm, using the food bank’s form or calling 1-833-432-3663.
Limited deliveries will also be available. Onsite participants must be in a vehicle, as personal contact is being limited at the drive-thru.
Thanks to emergency grant funding from the United Way for Cortland County, baby supplies will be made available every two weeks, with registration due each Monday before at 5 pm.
To register for the Cortland drive, fill out and submit this online form.
More information on these events and additional services can be found at the Child Development Council’s website.
