Dozens show up for local “One Too Many 5k to End Child Abuse”

Saturday (September 18) was the annual One too Many 5k walk/run to support child advocacy centers across New York State.




The village of Homer’s leg started at 10 from Homer High School with approximately 60 people participating.

All proceeds from the walk/run benefit the Cortland County Advocacy Center.

“Great job to everyone and congratulations to Homer Police Officer Roodenburg in coming in second place! Also, Happy Birthday to Matt Morgan.” – Village chief Bob Pitman.
