Deputy’s 4 am Traffic Stop Turns Up Parole Violator

A Sheriff’s deputy’s traffic stop on Route 26 in Cincinnatus at 4 am yesterday left a woman from Pitcher ticketed, then turned over to Norwich Police.

Cortland County Sheriff’s deputies say 30-year old Ashley Miller was wanted on a parole violation. Police say they also found she was using a suspended license, and had weapons, stolen property and drugs.

Miller is to appear in Cincinnatus Town Court February 16.
