Warmer temperatures Saturday brought out the crowds for Cortland’s Chill-a-Bration event.
Now in its ninth year, the Chill-A-Bration brings hundreds of people to Main Street. The event provides Cortland businesses a chance to showcase their offerings.
The event features an annual chili cook-off competition among downtown restaurants.
The Deli Downtown has once again claimed the best chili this year they served a pork Chill-a-verde.
The Community took second place with its maple bourbon short rib chili served in bread bowl. And in 3rd place was Pig Vycious for its not yet famous chili, 4th place was Hairy Tonys.
Frosted won again this year for Favorite Winter Flavor–with their dessert chili.
This year, there were 24 stops on the Chill-A-Bration winter tasting trail.
