Beginning today, October 3rd milling and then paving will occur on Clinton St. in the Village of Homer between Route 281 and North Main St. (Route 11). Milling is expected to be completed by the end of the day with paving expected sometime next week.
On Tuesday, October 4th, milling will take place on both North and South Main St. in the Village from Clinton St. to the City of Cortland line. Milling work is expected to take at least 5 to 6 days to complete followed by paving a week afterwards.
Delays are expected on both Main St. and Clinton St. while crews work in the area. Flaggers will be in place to help direct traffic.
