Damage And Theft Lead To Two Separate Arrests

New York State Police released more information on the late Sunday night arrest of George Labar, 33, of Freeville.

Troopers were called after someone damaged property outside of a home in the town of Dryden.

The police investigation determined that Labar caused more than $250 of damage earlier that day.

He’s charged with felony Criminal Mischief, was arraigned and sent to the Tompkins County Jail awaiting bail.

An order of protection was issued on behalf of the victim.

State Police arrested a man from Moravia on Monday just before noon.

The arrest followed an investigation into the theft of more than $1,000 of property in the Town of Onondaga on August 8.

Mark Harrison, who is 34, is being held on Grand Larceny charges according to state police.
