A bicyclist has lost their life after an accident involving a vehicle that occurred on Floral Ave. on November 7th in the City of Ithaca around 11pm.
The victim, 59 year old Carlette Crowe of Ithaca, died of injuries sustained during the accident. A report from the accident shows Crowe was unconscious with trauma to his head.
The driver of the vehicle, who was not injured, has been cooperating with the police. The Ithaca Police Department Crash Reconstruction Team is leading an investigation into the events that led to Crowe’s death.
No arrests or tickets have been issued. Ithaca Police are asking anyone with any information that could assist the Crash Team to contact the IPD via 607-272-9972.
