Current and former Homer HS students give back during COVID-19

Homer High School students past-and-present are giving back to the community during COVID-19.


Class of 2021 alumnus Austin Recor — who now works at Contento’s in Cortland — recently donated 1,000 cookies from Frosted bakery to staff at Guthrie Cortland Medical Center.

He delivered the goods himself, resulting in a photo-op that was later posted to Facebook:




United Way for Cortland County also shouted out members of the current Homer wrestling team.

They help set up and take down/clean up after a Christmas Toy and Food distribution at the local Salvation Army.
