CRMC Can Help You Quit Smoking Beginning Next Week

If you’re trying to quit smoking, help is available beginning next Tuesday.

The Respiratory Care Department at the Cortland Regional Medical Center launches its annual free, six-week “Commit-to-Quit” program.

The sessions are designed to help smokers end their nicotine addiction.

Call the Respiratory Care office at the hospital to learn more or sign up.


The Commit-to-Quit program is FREE and open to anyone in Cortland County.

Location: Cortland Regional, 2nd floor, 2B Meeting Room
Dates: Tuesday, January 31 to March 7, 2017
Time: 6 pm until 7 pm
