Counting Crows Roll Out ’25 Years And Counting’ Anniversary Tour Dates; Stop In Cuse

Music News

Counting Crows have just rolled out a major 47-date summer trek dubbed the “25 Years And Counting” tour, with Live joining the band as special guests. The trek kicks off on June 27th at Boise, Idaho’s Taco Bell Arena and wraps 12 weeks later on September 22nd in Nashville, Tennessee at the Pilgrimage Festival. Crows frontman Adam Duritz said, “The nice thing about having 25 years of music to celebrate and seven studio albums we absolutely love to choose from is that we can play a different show every night. The nice thing about touring with Live is that we get to spend yet another summer with old friends who play great music. We can’t wait!”

Live singer and guitarist Ed Kowalczyk went on to say: “Live is beyond excited to get out on the road this summer and play for our fans. We are freshly reunited and performing with a confidence and ferocity that we can’t wait for people to experience. The fact that we will be sharing the stage once again with the incomparable Counting Crows is icing on the cake!”

Adam Duritz told us that Counting Crows shows enable the band and the crowd to connect in ways you simply can’t during normal day-to-day life: “When you play a show at night and it’s something intimate between just you and them — whether there’s, y’know, 200 or 200,000, it’s still you and them. And that connection you make on that day or night lasts. That’s a deep connection, and people come back for years and years for that.”
