Cortlandville Woman Arrested After Physical Altercation

Around 6:20 in the morning on Thursday, August 22nd, officers with the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office responded to Penguin Drive in Cortlandville for a reported domestic incident. It was during their investigation into the incident that 25 year old Stephanie C. Noble of Cortlandville, had engaged in a physical altercation with another person.

The Cortland County Sheriff’s Office says there were no injuries from the incident. Officers arrested Noble on a charge of Criminal Obstruction of Breathing or Blood Circulation, a Misdemeanor. She was taken to the Sheriff’s Office where she was processed and later released on her own recognizance.
