Tupper Announces Retirement As Cortlandville Town Supervisor

Local News

Nearly 40 years after entering government service at the County level, Cortlandville Supervisor Richard Tupper says he will retire at the end of his term.

Tupper began his public service on the Cortland County Legislature for 13 years and has been on the town board for another 15.

He actually resigned back in January, only to be pulled back and reappointed by his colleagues.

The only candidate currently listed by the Board Elections for the position of Cortlandville Town Supervisor is Republican Thomas Williams.
