The Town of Cortlandville is updating its Comprehensive Plan in order to guide its land use and policies over the next 10-20 years.
In order to finalize that process, town officials seek additional feedback from the community on a set of recommendations compiled by the special committee charged with drafting a plan.
Another public workshop has been planned for Wednesday, February 13, at 6:30 pm in the Cortlandville Fire Station, located at 933 State Route 13.
Residents will get another chance to weigh in on the committee’s draft recommendations, which were drawn up using input from a previous workshop, as well as a community survey.
Next Wednesday’s meeting looks to refine the plan before its submission to the Town Board, at which point it will be reviewed and taken to a public hearing before its potential adoption.
