Cortlandville Man Facing Numerous Felony Charges After Domestic

Around 10:45 in the morning on Sunday, March 30th, officers with the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office responded to a domestic incident on Bennie Road in Cortlandville. An investigation into the incident determined 30 year old Cody B. Carroll of Cortlandville, had damaged another persons property.

Further investigation also found Carroll was in violation of a specified offense and that he had previously been convicted of said offense within the preceding five years, the Sheriff’s Office says. Officers say Carroll was taken into custody a short time later on the charges of Criminal Mischief in the 3rd, and Aggravated Family Offense, both Felonies.

He was taken to the Sheriff’s Office for processing then transported to the Cortland County Jail for Centralized Arraignment.
