Cortlandville Man Arrested During Traffic Stop – Found in Possession of Drugs

Just after 5:30 in the afternoon on Wednesday, June 19th, a traffic stop was conducted for a speeding vehicle on Route 13 in the Town of Homer by an officer with the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office.


During the investigation, the driver of the vehicle, identified as 50 year old Michael E. Fuller II of Cortlandville, was driving with a suspended license. The Sheriff’s Office says Fuller was also in possession of a controlled substance.

Fuller was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd, both Misdemeanors, Unlicensed Operator and Speed Over 55 Zone.

He was taken to the Sheriff’s Office for processing and was later released on an appearance ticket. Fuller II is due in Homer Town Court next month.
