On Sunday, September 3rd, officers from the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office responded to 3999 Forest Drive in Cortlandville around 10:40 in the morning for an investigation.
The investigation found 27 year old Ereik L. Alexander of Cortlandville was in the presence of a subject, which violated an active order of protection, the Sheriff’s Office said in a release.
Alexander was charged with Criminal Contempt in the 3rd, a Misdemeanor, and was arrested. He was arraigned in Cortlandville Town Court and later released on his own recognizance.
He is due in Cortlandville Town Court next week.
Ereik Alexander was arrested previously on similar charges back on August 27th at a different location.
