Cortlandville Man Arrested After Larceny at Walmart – Found in Possession of Drugs

Officers with the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office responded to Walmart in Cortlandville just before 9:30 pm on Thursday, October 24th for a reported larceny. During the investigation of the larceny, officers determined 50 year old Michael E. Fuller of Cortlandville, had stolen multiple items from the store.

Officers also found Fuller was in possession of a controlled substance. He was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th and Petit Larceny, both Misdemeanors. He was transported to the Sheriff’s Office for processing and later released on an appearance ticket.

Fuller is due in Cortlandville Town Court next month.
