Cortlandville Fire Department Responds to 545 Alarms in 2022

The Cortlandville Fire Department has released their figures for total alarms and the types of calls the department responded to in 2022. In total, the department responded to 545 alarms.



Seven of those alarms were structure fires, and 7 for vehicle fires. The department also responded to 53 calls for mutual aid in the area.

Other types of alarms included: Other types of fires:27, Motor vehicle accidents: 82, Hazardous conditions: 75, Service calls: 75, Good intent: 49, Automatic Alarms: 124, and 42 weather related calls.

In total, 4,877 hours were logged by Cortlandville firefighters with 7,364 hours of training.
