The Cortland Youth Bureau has announced Yaman Beach has closed for the summer as of yesterday. The Youth Bureau also said Wickwire will remain open until this Sunday, August 20th.
Daily hours for Wickwire until its closure will be from 12-7pm. The August 20th closure has been cited due to an ongoing lifeguard shortage that has affected multiple municipalities and organizations.
For the Splash Pad at Suggett Park, it will remain open until sometime in mid-September. An official closure date will be given once the weather begins to change.
