The Cortland Works Career Center has announced two in-person workshops for those who have been looking for work with the first one on Tuesday, June 6th at 9:30 am with the following taking place on Tuesday, June 20th at 9:30.
Tuesday’s workshop will let people have the opportunity to speak with an employment counselor. The open chat forum is built to address participants’ job search related questions. Counselors will be able to provide advice, insight, and resources to aid job seekers with making career decisions.
Many of the questions typically asked range from job searching, resumes, interviewing techniques, cover letters and career paths. The Career Center advises you to plan about 2 hours for the session.
