Officer’s from the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office responded to McDonalds on Route 13 in the Town of Cortlandville for a harassment complaint on August 21st.
As officers investigated the complaint, they learned that 29 year old Lori A. Maricle of Cortland, has been calling the restaurant and harassing an employee there for a number of months.
Three days later, Maricle responded to the Sheriff’s Office where officers arrested her on charges of Aggravated Harassment in the 2nd, and Stalking in the 4th, both Misdemeanors. She was arraigned and later released on her own recognizance.
