The Cortland County Sheriff’s Office has announced that Undersheriff Budd W. Rigg attended the Department of Homeland Security Leadership Academy on January 23rd and graduated on February 2nd.
The academy was held at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in Glynco, GA.
The two week academy consisted of 27 other senior-level leaders from around the nation coming together to understand the nation’s homeland security issues and a broadened network of homeland security leaders.
