Cortland City Police are asking for the publics assistance looking for a stolen vehicle.
On Wednesday, December 15th a red 2012 Subaru Legacy was stolen from G & R Auto at 113 Elm Street.
The vehicle had no plates on it, but the thieves stole license plates from other vehicles in the lot.
An identifier for the stolen vehicle is a 2 by 6 inch white stripe on its rear bumper.
