Cortland Police reported two arrests from Wednesday:
Drug charges for a man from Cortland stopped by Cortland Police for failing to signal on Owego Street Wednesday at midday.
Anthony Townsend, who is 40, was also driving without a license and police say he had marijuana and hash in the vehicle.
Police say he’s at the County Jail and due in court Monday.
Charles Mullen, 31, of Cortland, was wanted on a parole warrant.
Police learned he was at an address on Port Watson Street and arrested him at around 1:30 pm Wednesday.
Officers say they found Mullen with a backpack containing the ingredients to make methamphetamine.
He was arrested and arraigned on new drug charges and sent to the County Jail with no bail allowed, and another court appearance today (Thursday).
