The Cortland Memorial Foundation raised more than $46,000 dollars during their 19th annual Golf Classic. The event took place at the Cortland Country Club for a day of golf with fun and food.
“As the new Director of the Foundation, and my rookie year at the Golf Classic, I am deeply humbled by our generous sponsors and the continued success of our tournament,” said Sheila Ossit, Cortland Memorial Foundation Director. “Our medical center partners with many businesses, corporations and organizations on a daily basis, who enable us to provide the best care possible for our patients at Guthrie Cortland.”
The Cortland Memorial Foundation helps support Guthrie Cortland Medical Center for equipment and programs to enhance patient care, promote health education, and improve the quality of life.
The annual Golf Classic fundraiser has raised just under $1.3 million dollars since 2004. Next year’s Gold Classic is slated for August 14, 2023.
