City of Cortland Mayor, Scott Steve, has won reelection. Steve defeated challenger Luke Stevenson, final tally 1,498 to 802. Stevenson was running on the Emergent Party line and was endorsed by Cortland County Democrats, Steve was running as a Republican.
This year’s reelection will be the first 4-year term for the Mayor’s Office as well as members of the Cortland Common Council. All representatives of the Common Council won election within the City of Cortland.
