Officer’s from the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to the Tractor Supply on Route 13 in Cortlandville on Sunday, February 19th for a reported larceny complaint.
During their investigation officers were able to determine that 30 year old Cody R. Grabowski of Cortland, had entered the Tractor Supply and proceeded to steal a black BB gun. Officers were able to locate Grabowski later in the City of Cortland and arrested him.
Grabowski was charged with Petit Larceny and Criminal Mischief in the 4th, both Misdemeanors. He was transported to the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office where he was processed and then released on appearance tickets. Grabowski is due to appear in Cortlandville Town Court next month.
