The Cortland County Sheriff’s Office arrested Curtis Lunsford, age 30, of Cortland, last evening (Jan. 27) for Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 4th Degree and Petit Larceny.
The Cortland County Sheriff’s Office received a walk-in complaint regarding theft on January 10. The investigation results found Lunsford had stolen the victim’s bank card and withdrew money from their account without consent.
Lunsford, who is currently remanded to the Cortland County Jail on other charges, was arraigned through CAP on January 27 at 8pm and remanded without bail and scheduled to appear in the Cortlandville Town Court on Monday (Jan. 31) at 11am.
