Cortland Man Arrested For DWI After Crash – Cited For Speeding

Just after 10pm last Friday, December 20th, officers with the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office responded to a property damage accident on Page Green Road in Cortlandville.

During an investigation into the cause of the crash by officers, they determined the driver of the vehicle, 22 year old Caden L. Boyer of Cortland, was driving while intoxicated. Boyer was arrested and charged with DWI, and Driving with .08 of 1% of Alcohol, both misdemeanors. He was also cited with Speed not reasonable and prudent.

Boyer was transported to the Sheriff’s Office where he was processed and later released on uniform traffic tickets. He is due in Cortlandville Town Court next month.
