Cortland Man Arrested by Troopers Following Domestic Dispute in Virgil

State Police say Troopers responded to a domestic dispute in the Town of Virgil around 1 in the afternoon on Saturday, October 11th. Following an investigation, Troopers arrested 34 year old Mark E. Young of Cortland on the charge of Criminal Mischief in the 4th, a Misdemeanor.

State Police say Young was accused of breaking a bathroom door off of its hinges in a trailer and then also broke the visor of a helmet. He was taken to the State Police Barracks in Homer for processing and then turned over to Cortland County Jail for Centralized Arraignment.
