On Saturday, June 17th, the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office responded to Walmart in the Town of Cortlandville for another reported larceny that had taken place.
During the investigation, it was determined 42 year old Jason A. Forshee of Cortland, had stolen merchandise from the store.
Officers arrested and charged Forshee with Petit Larceny, a Misdemeanor. He was transported to the Sheriff’s Office where he was processed and later released with an appearance ticket.
Forshee is due back in Cortlandville Town Court later this month.
