Cortland Loaves and Fishes Receives Monetary Donation from Students at Homer

Representatives from the Cortland Loaves & Fishes recently made a visit to the Homer Junior High School to receive a monetary donation from students as a result of their empty bowls fundraiser.

The Cortland Loaves & Fishes provides free meals and hospitality to anyone who may be in need.

Students worked together on creating bowls and sold soup to-go to raise the money to provide to the charity. They raised over $1,700.
