On this morning’s Meet Cortland County segment:
Cortland and Homer School Superintendents Bob Edwards and Tom Turck discussed their district reopening plans.
Frameworks are in place to handle a combination of in-person and distance learning.
The next step is a commitment survey among families.
More information is available on our school reopenings in greater Cortland County page.
Plans were submitted yesterday by more than 700 school districts across New York. Each is set to be reviewed next week by Governor Cuomo and state health & education officials.
Individual determinations will then be announced on Friday (August 7).
