The City of Cortland Fire Department has announced the first CPR, AED, and First Aid class for the year will take place on Wednesday, February 28th, beginning at 6:30pm.
Cortland Fire says students will be required to complete online lessons before the hands-on class. An email and internet service will be required. Classes will take place at the Cortland Fire Headquarters at 21 Court Street in Downtown Cortland and will last about an hour.
Cost to participate in the class is $15 and will cover the certification issued by the Health and Safety Institute. Residents can register by calling Firefighter at 607-753-1741 (Code Office) or via email CPR@CortlandFire.org.
