The Cortland County United Way 2018 campaign is days away from wrapping up.
The agency started the month of June just $40,000 away from reaching 100% of its goal and now needs just $26,000 to make it.
The campaign ends this week.
Next month, Cortland County United Way will allocate funds to local programs that provide meals like the summer lunch program, childcare and kindergarten readiness programs, mentors and counseling for struggling families and local emergency disaster assistance.
Public support is an investment in programs that help build a strong community.
Follow the countdown on at cortlandunitedway.org and find how you can help.
Congratulations to campaign co-chairs Matt Pitcher of Bailey Place Insurance, and Nicole Cottone of CFCU and Cortland County United Way Executive Director Cristella Yonta.
