Cortland County Sheriff Mark Helms and Undersheriff Budd Rigg held their annual 2022 awards ceremony in recognition of the Sheriff Offices part-time officers recently.
Two officers were recognized and awarded a certificate of recognition. Those officers were Michael Winchell and Kelly Ryan.
The ceremony also included annual training for the part time officers.
