It is Sheriff’s Week from September 18th through September 24th and the Cortland County Sheriff’s Department is hosting an open house on Saturday, September 24 from 11am to 3pm.
The open house will include displays of police equipment, tours of the Sheriff’s Office, face painting and free Child ID as part of Operation Safe Child.
The event is rain or shine at the Sheriff’s Office located at 54 Greenbush St. in the City of Cortland.
