On Sunday, just before 1 am, Cortland County Sheriff’s deputies checked on a vehicle parked on Riley Road in Cortlandville.
Here’s what they report finding: Shiloh Rundell, 24, of Cortland, was driving, except her license was suspended.
Her and her passenger, Devon O’Hara, 23, of Solon, both had heroin and hypodermic needles, according to police.
Charges include the drug and needle possession.
They were released on appearance tickets for Cortlandville Court on January 8.
Two men from Cortland face drug charges, according to information just released by the Cortland County Sheriff’s Department.
Logan Youngs, 21, and Matthew Hudson, 27, were arrested December 2 after their vehicle was stopped by Cortland County Sheriff’s Deputies just before 2 am on Starr Road in Cortlandville.
Youngs was stopped for an equipment violation, and deputies found he didn’t have a license.
Police say both were found to have heroin, oxycodone, needles and other drug paraphernalia.
They were arraigned and released to Alternatives To Incarceration until a future court date.
Sheriff’s deputies tell us that an inmate at the Cortland County Jail was arrested Thursday.
Marquel Dixon, 34, of Syracuse was being held on a separate charge.
Investigators charged him with promoting prison contraband and possession of a controlled substance – cocaine, in jail.
Sgt Gary Williams says Dixon was waiting arraignment on the new charges as of last report.
