Area residents in need have a place to go for shelter on nights of 32-degrees Fahrenheit or colder, including wind chill.
Two “Code Blue” centers once again set up by the Cortland County Health Department, Salvation Army and Grace & Holy Spirit Church.
Hot meals and other services will also be provided, along with several other services including personal care and referrals to counseling.
The program is free and voluntary, with no income or geographic eligibility requirements.
