Megan Thomas, a Multi-Disciplinary Team Facilitator for the Cortland County Child Advocacy Center, was recently honored with the “Hero for Children” Award.
The honor recognizes Multi-Disciplinary Team Facilitators who have made significant contributions toward promoting the best interests of abused and neglected children throughout New York State. Thomas was acknowledged for her positive energy, hard work ethic, and for making invaluable leadership contributions to the Child Advocacy Center in Cortland County.
The recipient of the award supports the State Children’s Alliance mission of supporting the community at large and serving as an inspiration to others.
