The Cortland County Area Agency on Aging’s new transportation program has begun. Recently, the organization had acquired a 14-seater Ford bus that is handicap accessible for seniors in the Cortland area.
The bus will help provide transportation to the new Cortland Age Well Center at 165 Main Street, Suit B2 in the Crescent Commons Building in the City of Cortland. The bus is available for pickup from seniors home to the center.
Current days of operations are Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, with pickups available in the morning and then drop offs in the afternoon. The Area Agency on Aging asks to call one business day in advance of pick up. To reserve a spot, you can call at 607-753-5084.
