Cortland County Announces New Platform For Legislative Agendas, Minutes, and Meeting Videos

A new platform has been launched for county legislative meeting agendas, minutes, and videos, the county has announced. Cortland County says the new platform is more use-friendly and will include helpful features for users including a search by keyword. The county says this will make it easier for residents to access county legislative information.

“This new platform enhances transparency, accessibility, and convenience for residents,” said Savannah Hempstead, Clerk of the Legislature. “The improved layout and search functionality make it much easier for the public to find and follow County business.”

The CivilClerk Portal will allow users to view meeting materials, watch recordings of meetings, and find archived documents in one central location. Those who previously received email notices of upcoming county meetings will need to re-subscribe to the new system. You can subscribe for notifications HERE.

Access to the new public portal directly may be done HERE. Previous meetings remain accessible through Cortland County’s website, CortlandCountyNY.gov. The county plans to move them to the new portal in the near future.
