During the City of Cortland’s Common Council meeting last night, the Council approved the special event permit and sound device permit for the upcoming Overdose Awareness Candle Vigil.
The candlelit vigil is to remember friends and loved ones lost to overdose. This year, which will be the 22nd, will take place on August 31st from 5pm to 9pm.
