An evening of celebration is planned for this evening, July 14th at 5:30 for the Cortland Arts Connects 14th annual Lifetime Achievement Awards at the back patio area of the McNeil Building at 17-29 Main Street in Cortland.
Honorees for this year’s celebrations include: Sherry Dans for Visual Art and Dr. Stephen Wilson in Music. Both are considered to be renowned and esteemed artists who have left an important mark on the local art scene.
During the celebration, refreshments will be provided along with harp music performed by Lisa Fenwick. The McNeil Gallery will also host a collaborative exhibition featuring work by both honorees for the remainder of the month.
